UK jewellery retailers, bridal boutiques, online sellers and gift shops. We may ask for basic business details to confirm you sell to the public.
Do you hold stock, or make to order?
Both. You can order pieces we hold ready in stock, or have items made to your customer's exact size, carat and stone β so you carry no shelf stock either way.
Is there a minimum order?
Beyond your opening order there are no minimums β order a single piece at a time, made to your customer's specification.
How are trade prices given?
You send the spec; we confirm the exact trade price within 24 hours, with a suggested RRP alongside it.
How long does approval take?
Most trade accounts are approved within one working day of applying.
Is everything hallmarked?
Every qualifying piece carries a full UK Assay Office hallmark before dispatch.
