Send us your inspiration — a style, a stone, a budget, or a piece you would like to redesign. Photos and sketches are welcome.
Design & quote
We propose a design direction and provide a clear, itemised quote. We will confirm metal, stones and a realistic timescale before anything is made.
Crafting
Once you approve the design, your piece is handcrafted in 9ct, 14ct or 18ct solid gold by our UK workshop.
Hallmark & delivery
Your finished piece is independently hallmarked by the London Assay Office, then carefully packaged and delivered to you.

How does the bespoke process work?
You share your idea, we propose a design and a clear quote, and once you approve it we handcraft your piece in solid gold and have it hallmarked by the London Assay Office before delivery. You are in control at every stage.
How is bespoke pricing decided?
Pricing depends on the design, the gold carat and weight, and the diamonds or gemstones you choose. We always provide a clear, itemised quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Which metals and stones can I choose?
We work in 9ct, 14ct and 18ct solid gold, set with natural or lab-grown diamonds. If you have a particular stone or specification in mind, just let us know in your enquiry.
Can you redesign or remodel a piece I already own?
Yes. Redesign and remodelling is one of our most popular bespoke services — we can rework an existing or inherited piece into something you will want to wear every day. Tell us about the piece in your enquiry and we will advise on what is possible.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
It depends on the design and the stones involved. We will confirm a realistic timescale together with your quote, before any work starts.
