SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Every Majestic Jewellery piece is made to order and finished by hand, so a little time goes into creating something built to last. Here is exactly what to expect.

Delivery Timeline at a Glance
Most orders are delivered within 14 days from confirmation, worldwide. Each piece is made to order, then sent by free insured express courier.

Order Confirmation & Ring Sizing
After you order, our team contacts you within 3 business hours to confirm your details and, for rings, your size — sending a free ring sizer where needed. Production begins once your order is confirmed. There is no size selection at checkout; we make sure the fit is right before we start.

Production & Dispatch
Because each item is made to order, your piece is dispatched within the overall 14-day delivery window. If anything affects this timeline, we will keep you informed.

UK Delivery
Free insured express delivery on all UK orders; delivered 1–3 business days after dispatch; fully tracked and insured until it reaches you (a signature may be required).

International Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated at checkout. International orders are also delivered within 14 days from confirmation; occasional customs delays can apply and are outside our control. All parcels are fully tracked and insured. Any import duties/taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
