How independent hallmarking connects to our standards
Our internal standards control what we can directly manage: production discipline, QC checks and documentation. For eligible pieces, independent hallmarking adds an external verification layer through an authorised UK process. - Solid gold standard: product pages state the solid gold standard used (9ct, 14ct or 18ct) — never plated.

What we don't claim
- No "lifetime indestructible" claims: jewellery can wear and scratch with use.
