How independent hallmarking connects to our standards
Our internal standards control what we can directly manage: production discipline, QC checks, and documentation. For eligible pieces, independent hallmarking adds an external verification layer through an authorised UK process. What we don’t claim
- No “lifetime indestructible” claims: jewellery can wear and scratch with use.
- No universal hallmark promise for every item: some items may be exempt or not eligible depending on legal thresholds or design constraints.
- No implication that hallmarking equals craftsmanship perfection: hallmarking is about metal purity verification.
