Bespoke commissions are among the highest-margin sales in the trade — but they need CAD, casting and setting skills that many independents do not have in-house. Instead of turning the enquiry away, you can pass us the brief: we're the manufacturer, so we design and make the piece in our own workshops, behind the scenes, and you present it to your customer as your own.
Full design and manufacture, discreetly delivered
From a rough sketch or a reference photo we produce CAD designs and renders, source stones, cast, set and finish the piece in solid 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold (never plated), then apply a full UK hallmark on qualifying pieces before it reaches you. You do not need to supply CAD — a photograph or a sketch is enough. We also remodel and remount heirloom pieces — reworking a customer's own gold or stones into a new design where suitable.

We work behind the scenes and deal only with you, never your customer. The piece arrives ready to present as your own — no third-party branding.
The margin logic
Bespoke lets you set the retail price on design and craftsmanship, not on a shelf ticket. We quote a clear trade price so your margin is yours to define.
Will you deal with my customer directly?
No. We work on a white-label basis and communicate only with you. Your customer relationship stays entirely yours.
Do I need to send you a CAD file?
No. A photograph, a sketch or a written description is enough — we produce the CAD ourselves and send you a render to approve.
Can you remodel a customer's own gold or stones?
Yes, where suitable. We can rework heirloom gold and reset existing stones into a new design — assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Can I commission a single one-off piece?
Yes. Bespoke commissions are made individually — there is no minimum.
Is the finished piece hallmarked?
Qualifying commissions carry a full UK Assay Office hallmark before dispatch. Items below the legal weight threshold are not required to be hallmarked.
