Every Majestic piece is made to order in real, solid gold — never plated or vermeil — and hand-finished. We work in 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold, and platinum, with natural or lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.

Qualifying pieces are hallmarked under the UK Hallmarking Act 1973, and each design is made for everyday wear, gifting and, if you wish, trade-in in future.

Yes. Our "Better Gold" pieces are solid 14-carat gold — not plated, not vermeil. We chose 14ct for its balance of genuine gold value, everyday durability and rich, elegant colour.

As it is solid gold, your piece carries the intrinsic value of its precious metal.

Every Majestic piece clearly states whether it uses natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds or other gemstones.

We select stones for balanced quality — cut, colour, clarity and size chosen for real-life sparkle — and set them securely for long-term wear.

A UK hallmark is an independent guarantee of precious-metal purity. Qualifying pieces are tested and stamped by an official UK Assay Office under the Hallmarking Act 1973.

The marks confirm the gold fineness, the Assay Office and our registered maker's mark — giving you legally recognised assurance of the metal.

Because our pieces are real, solid gold, they carry the intrinsic value of their precious metal.

Any future resale or trade-in value depends on the live gold price, the condition of the piece and demand — which we can't predict — but we're always happy to discuss your options.

Yes. You can trade in eligible Majestic pieces towards a new design, higher gold weight or a different stone.

We assess the piece and make a fair offer based on the current gold price and its condition, aiming to give you the best value we can at the time.

In many cases, yes. We can review other 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold jewellery on a case-by-case basis.

We'll verify the metal and condition and make a competitive offer. You can choose cash (where available) or use the value as credit towards a new Majestic piece.

We offer a 30-day returns policy and 60-day exchanges. If you're not completely happy, return your piece within 30 days for a refund.

The jewellery must be unused, unworn, undamaged and unaltered, and returned with its original box, tags and any certificate. Worn or altered pieces may instead be considered for trade-in or upgrade.
