What is the minimum order?
Starter orders begin at £500. After your first order there's no minimum — reorder single pieces if that's what your business needs.
Can I see trade prices before applying?
Trade pricing is shared once your account is approved (usually within one working day). This protects your margin — our retail customers never see trade prices.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples are charged at trade price and credited in full against your first bulk order. Wedding ring sizing trays are available on deposit.
Will your own website undercut me?
No. Our site sells at full RRP, and promotional discounts are capped and communicated to stockists in advance.
How are wedding rings priced?
By carat, profile, width and finger size. You send the spec, we confirm the exact weight and price within 24 hours, then make to order.
Do you take bespoke commissions for our customers?
Yes — unbranded and confidential. Your customer deals with you; we design and manufacture behind the scenes.
