Majestic Jewellery – Shipping Policy

1. General Information

At Majestic Jewellery, our aim is to deliver your jewellery safely, quickly and securely, wherever you are.
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and carefully packed to protect your piece in transit.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


2. Order Processing Times

In-stock items

  • Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Made-to-order & custom pieces

  • Bespoke, custom-made or made-to-order items (including special sizes or designs) require additional production time.

  • In most cases, production is completed within approximately 10–14 business days before dispatch.

  • Any specific timeframe given in your order confirmation takes precedence over the general timeframes above.

Please note: processing times are separate from shipping / transit times.


3. UK Shipping

Free Insured Express Delivery

We offer free insured express delivery on qualifying UK orders.

  • Once dispatched, most UK express shipments are delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • However, because these shipments are fully insured and handled through secure services, delivery can take up to 5 business days from the dispatch date in some cases.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order leaves our workshop, along with any relevant tracking details.


4. Europe & International Shipping

We currently ship selected orders to Europe and other international destinations using tracked and insured services.

  • Typical delivery times: 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and service.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services or unforeseen delays.

Shipping options, costs and availability for your country will be shown at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey and check the latest status.

  • If your tracking information does not update for several days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-UK Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local VAT or handling charges once the parcel reaches your country.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


7. Delivery Delays & Carrier Responsibility

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Majestic Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers or postal services

  • Customs inspections or import processes

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Strikes, disruptions or events outside our reasonable control

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, as also outlined in our Terms of Service.


8. Incorrect Addresses, Missed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.

  • If you prefer a refund in such cases, original shipping costs (if any) may be non-refundable, and additional return handling fees from the carrier may be deducted where applicable.

If you realise you’ve made an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the details.


9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

Because we use tracked and, where stated, insured services, issues during transit are rare — but they can happen.

If your parcel appears to be lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us promptly at online@majesticjewellery.co.uk or via WhatsApp: +44 7767 514098.

  2. Provide your order number, tracking number and (for damage) clear photos of the packaging and item.

  3. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund, in line with our Refund Policy.

Please note that investigations with carriers may take some time and we may need your cooperation to provide any information they request.


10. Shipping & Returns

For information on returning your purchase, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured return method, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit on their way back to us.

We may update or amend this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes, carriers or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our website.
