LIFETIME WARRANTY

Every Majestic Jewellery piece is crafted in solid gold and independently hallmarked by the London Assay Office. We stand behind that craftsmanship for life.

WHAT IS COVERED
We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects, for as long as you own the piece. This covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Settings that loosen or fail due to a manufacturing fault (not impact).
- Stones that come loose due to a setting defect (not accidental knocks).
- Hallmark and gold-purity integrity as supplied.

This is a genuine product warranty — if a fault is due to how the piece was made, we will put it right.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The warranty does not cover damage caused by use or circumstance rather than manufacturing, including:
- Accidental damage, knocks, drops, crushing or bending.
- Normal wear over time (surface scratches, gradual thinning, finish dulling).
- Loss or theft of the item or a stone due to impact or daily wear.
- Damage from misuse, chemicals, sport, or wearing during manual work.
- Any repair, resizing, engraving or modification carried out by a third party.

REMEDY
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair the piece, or replace it where repair is not possible, free of charge. Where a fault cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund at our reasonable discretion.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE (NOT A DEFECT)
Items damaged through accident or wear are not covered, but we are always happy to help — we offer professional repair, restoration and resizing at a fair cost. Just contact us.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Contact us at online@majesticjewellery.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7767 514098 with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess it and advise the next step. Proof of purchase is required.

ALONGSIDE YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under UK consumer law.
